The New Year offers us a chance for a clean slate, as we hope to let bygones be bygones.
But music from bygone eras should never be dismissed as simply bygones. Popular music may evolve through the ages, but contemporary songs do not replace the tunes from the past.
So, let's make this simple. Post music from years gone by. Pre-2000, please. Try to find a tune unfamiliar or new to you, from an era before your time, and share it with us.
